FROM TRADING TO TURNKEY

Mirabello Group was founded in Valencia, Spain, in 1995. Born from a heritage of European craftsmanship, we began as a boutique lighting and furniture house with a global mandate. For our first decade, we operated as a major exporter, supplying high-end Spanish aesthetics to over 70 countries worldwide.

However, we identified a critical gap in the Gulf's emerging luxury market. While the ambition was high, exceptional designs were often failing at the execution stage due to fragmented supply chains. To bridge this divide, we strategically relocated our operational headquarters to Qatar and evolved from a global supplier into a vertically integrated partner. We built our own manufacturing infrastructure to guarantee that the integrity of our European design is matched by the quality of our local delivery.

Today, that evolution is complete. We have transformed from a boutique Spanish studio into the region’s premier design-and-build group. By merging European design principles with rigorous local project management, we are no longer just participants in the market; we are the execution partner for the most discerning clients across Doha, Riyadh, and the wider GCC.

We started as designers, but we evolved into builders. We realized early on that true quality cannot be outsourced; it must be owned. That is why we spent the last three decades building not just a portfolio, but an infrastructure—investing in our own factories, our own logistics, and most importantly, our own people, a workforce drawn from over 20 nations. By uniting global best practices with deep local knowledge, we deliver a standard that few can match.

Today, as we expand our footprint into Dubai and the wider GCC, our mission remains unchanged. Whether in Doha, Riyadh, or Dubai, we are not just contractors; we are custodians of our clients' capital. We build assets that stand the test of time.

Responsible for the aesthetic soul of Mirabello’s portfolio. Dina believes that the built environment has a profound impact on the psychological condition of its occupants, and that true luxury is defined by how a space makes you feel, not just how it looks.

She operates with a global mandate, traveling to the source to procure materials and finishes directly from artisans across Europe and Asia. By bypassing catalogs and curating at the origin, she ensures that every Mirabello project possesses a unique, authentic narrative.

HANI ABOU EL EZZ | DIRECTOR OF PROJECTS

Responsible for the operational delivery of Mirabello’s major assets. Hani bridges the gap between tender and handover with a philosophy of radical accountability.

On site, he operates with a binary mindset: if we are not driving the solution, we are part of the problem. His mandate is absolute control over the critical path, ensuring strict adherence to timeline, safety, and budget baselines without exception."

In a region defined by tight deadlines and complex logistics, reliance on third parties is a risk we do not take. Mirabello Group has systematically built a proprietary infrastructure designed to guarantee control over the critical path.

We do not just manage the process; we own the assets. Our operations are anchored by our in-house manufacturing division, capable of producing 'Super Prime' joinery and metalwork at industrial scale. By internalizing the supply chain—from raw material sourcing to CNC fabrication—we eliminate the friction of external dependencies and protect our clients from market volatility.

Crucially, this infrastructure is powered by a mobilized workforce. Unlike consultancies that rely entirely on subcontractors, we deploy a dedicated team of 150+ professionals and skilled operatives. From the project directors managing the budget to the site craftsmen installing the final finish, we self-perform the work. This direct control over our manpower allows us to mobilize faster, enforce stricter safety standards, and guarantee delivery on even the most aggressive commercial timelines.
